I learned about lomography for more than ten years ago, but never seriously considered starting film photography. Well, ten years later (in November 2024) I finally aquired a couple of film cameras, and the snowball started rolling!
My main roster consists of following cameras:
o Canon Prima Twin: typical point-and-shoot camera from 90's. First one i randomly bought, always brings reliable results.
o Olympus IS-3000: ZLR cameras are really interesting product from 90's. Using it feels like driving car with the automatic, but not perfect gearbox.
o Yashica Electro 35GS: the legend. Probably my favorite camera right now.
o Ricohflex Diacord G: I always wanted to try TLR camera, but I am too poor for Rolleiflex. Don't regret about my choice although framing square shoots is a really tricky thing.
o Rollei 35T: the legend. Compact, reliable and well-built.
o Zenit EM: my father says shooting film is too boring and not worth it. Well, that's why I have taken your camera from you, and I really love it!
o Konica Lexio 70: poor man's Mju.
o Kowa Kallo 281: a rangefinder that suddenly appeared on the second-hand market. I could not say no to it!
My back-up roster includes following cameras. Some were tested, some are still waiting for their chance!
