Overexposed zombie nightmare

There are a number of problems with these photos from Manchester's annual charity zombie walk:-
1. The film is mega old and grainy
2. I appear to have lost the ability to set my distance.
3. As it was a new Diana flash, and hadn't made a diffuser yet, they are very overexposed.
