Backpacking was fantastic! And it was very relaxing until the freaking boyscouts invaded our hand-picked land and began sawing off LIVE tree branches for their fire! (Isn't it in their fireside guides that that is a federal offence in a national forest?!) Sigh. Other than that, it was amazing, and an experience I won't soon forget!
