Passau is a nice little city at the border between Bavaria (Germany) and Austria and is called the "3 rivers town": the main river is the Danube (or Donau), crossed by the Inn and the Ilz rivers
That location, on 3 rivers and on the country border gives this city all his character and interest. It’s a roman city foundation, and all along the past history, this city played an important role in many different situations. When you come into the city (by highway it’s the A3 from Regensburg to Linz), follow the signs to the old city and park there. Then (and that’s the great pleasure) just go into the narrow streets of the old city and discover it.
You can follow the signs to the Stephansdom (or St Stephen’s cathedral), beautiful “baroque” church built in 1688 which is really worth the visit! Then go north in direction of the majestic Danube river and walk along direction east. After a while, you’ll come to the intersection with the Inn river and you can walk way west along this other beautiful “riverscape”. If the sun is shining you have a lot of different colors in this city, and the light of the river is great too. A perfect place to walk and take pictures! :)

This is a tribute to Juergen Teller, a great fashion photographer who continues to work with analogue cameras. In the 1990s he radically changed the way to make fashion photography. His models appear "soap and water", without heavy make-up, and his images seem taken like an amateur photographer. Between his nice works, there is a photos that I like so much, taken in Cuba and called "The Girl with the Broken Nose." Take a look after the jump!
Mainly because of their age and rarity, posters of movies from yesteryears are very much sought-after by memorabilia collectors today, no matter what the price is. Have a look at five of the most expensive ones in this week's list!
There is a house in a village perched on a hill, overlooking a road that winds down the town below. Ours is a quiet town in a small island surrounded by the Mediterranean waters, but the man living in -- or I dare say, visiting -- this house is never quiet.

Writing about Bangkok, a place where I first left my vagabond heart, I found it only fitting to focus on its own heart, the Chao Praya River, and the adventures it can offer to anyone looking to explore the city's curiosities by water.

Shake well and apply to fabric. Blot out excess using a paper towel. Create your design using Inkofilm or anything that casts a shadow. Expose to sunlight or bright UV light for 10-20 minutes or until color reaches full saturation. Machine wash using Inkowash to remove unexposed dye. Double your exposure time in overcast weather. Enjoy the "wow" result!
It’s normal during summer to be out there at the beach, sunbathing and getting yourself a nice tan, but in Malaysia, it could get pretty hot this time of the year. With the rising temperature, my friends and I decided to escape the heat of the city for a while and took an approximately three-hour drive to Cameron Highlands.
Les Bleus may have been booted out of the World Cup by Germany, but for me France is always a winner. The number of places to go around Paris, especially, can never be exhausted: the Eiffel Tower, Sacré Cœur, the Seine, the Arc de Triomphe, and this time, I fell in love with the Cimetière du Père-Lachaise.
Halloween is just a little over week away, and if you're on the lookout for a kickin' old-school costume for that party you're throwing (or attending, or if you simply want to dress up to mark the occasion!), you might want to consider these worn by merry Halloween revelers from the '70s.
