20 & 21 February 2011 After coming from the successful Rondalla Festival in Tagum City, I was inspired to do a tribute album to such inspiring experience I had. Thought of using music sheets and faces of people of mixed races MXed with Malolos street scenes to capture how the plucked string music has become an instrument of unity despite cultural diversity. This album is the result of that effort. I'm now posting it an hour after coming from a fruitful assessment meeting of the creative and event staff. Kudos to all who have been a part of the festival - both in Tagum and in UP.

Here is the second set of doubles with my friend @deepfried_goodness. First layer was shot in Juarez during the Day of the Death celebration last year using my Minolta XG-1. Second layer was shot at the Yonge Dundas Square in Toronto. Make sure to visit his Lomo page to see all his work!

This is the first roll of film I've put through a vintage mid 50's Yashica "A" twin-lens reflex camera.
