Nature Provides

Wild garlic, growing along the roadside near a swamp in Western PA. It smelled great. The scapes (the green stem and unopened flower bit at the end) are very edible, and are usually cut off at about this stage on cultivated garlic, because it allows the bulb to grow bigger.
