I first started skateboarding a lot of years ago. It quickly became clear that I was not very good, and I decided to draw attention away from this sad fact by picking up a camera and filming or taking pictures of my friends who actually knew what they were doing with their skateboards. So, when I got a Diana it was inevitable that I would use it to take pictures of skateboardy things.

All in all it is a great place to ride and shoot. And now I know that it doesn’t matter that I can’t ride, because I know I’d rather shoot than ride, especially at this park.

The Rheinpark in Duisburg is a quite new created park near the Rhein. Its opening was in May this year with a big party and a lot of good music. It’s positioned between the two quarters Hochfeld and Wanheimerort. There are already a lot of reasons to go there but the park isn't finished yet. There are plans to double the size of the park.

An old school skate spot. It's a real adventure to skate and a great place to hang out on a sunny day.

"The best" skate park in Sheffield. I would definitely recommend a visit to this place if you are in to your skateboarding or rollerblading, but leave your bike at home as they are not welcome here.

There's this park two stops from Shibuya station on the Tokyu line that is definitely worth visiting if you want to take a break from busy busy Tokyo. Full of trees, public pool(during the summer of course), a huge old train, a small train for kids, even a skate ramp with real pool coping is just a few things this park has to offer!!
