Sandra Nydegger: I purchased my first Lomo LC-A in 1996
Describe the LC-A+ in five words.
SN: A good and reliable camera.
The strangest, funniest, or hands-down greatest photographic/Lomographic encounter that you have ever had.
SN: This one was in 1996 when I started working on my rodeo series. I was taking pictures at an event in the Bronx. I was crouched on the ground very close to the fence where the bulls come in and out of the arena (bulls don’t move so far so this is the best place to get close shots). The action was getting loud, fast and dusty and suddenly the fence was being lifted up in the air… by a large horn. All I can remember next is finding myself on top of the roof of a car that was parked nearby, Lomo still in hand … ready to shoot more. The bull took a nice run among screaming people. This rodeo event did not happen the following year, nor the next.

SN: Analog. Printing is the other half of the final image.
If you could be anywhere, doing anything, right now – where would it be and what would you do?
SN: On another subway trip, looking for new frames, and hopefully not getting arrested for good this time.
