Hunting Cars with the Fuji Natura Classica
OK, I was not quite honest - before we visited the Gallery Brummen, we have also been in Emerich at RD Classics. As I had my Natura Classica quite new it was a perfect Test for the first roll - And the cam did not let me down...
Yeah, I do - but as every cam I had to do a test roll first to make my mind up. Every analogue camera is different, has a slightly different look and handling, so there is a little time needed to learn about the strenghts and weaknesses of it. The Natura does what it says on the tin. Easy handling in low light situations - but you must not trust it all the time. At some shots in this album the red light was on, wich means the shot would be underexposed (like the mercury) but these belong to the best imho. You sometimes just have to force this cam a little bit ;D... I love the easy handling and the warm look, wich is close to my beloved Werra 1. So the Werra will be my bright light and the Natura my low light companion...
Btw . If someone struggles wheter to buy it or not: Buy it!
You might get similar hots with other cams that have quick lenses combined with a 1600 asa film, but focussing in low light is the painful task! THAT is the strenght of the Natura beside it's small dimensions!
