My friend who's doing her thesis on folk art of arch making in Bulacan invited me to shoot lomographs of the process of creating Tiniban (arch made of carved banana stems). I was fascinated by how meticulous the entire process was and the way local men of Taal, Bocaue from different generations worked together to put up such elaborate design in one whole day. This is the first of a few albums on documenting this art.
