Smoke 'n' shadows

This was taken on a small side street just before you enter the bustle of Piazza San Marco. I looked up and saw the guy on the balcony, a plume of smoke from his cigarette was just rising into the air, He saw me raise the camera but I didn't stop it was to good a shot to miss!

Fantastic shot!!! A beautiful soft light and this man and his shadow.... What kind of film did you use? A kind of xp2 b&w developped in color process, I like this kind of b&w not really b&w....

It's BW but C41 processing, I like the warm tones sometimes its a lot paler I think it depends on how expired it is. As far as I can remember this was about five years old.
