Darkroom Effects / What Is the Original Image?

The possibilities in a dark room are as unbelievable as they are endless. Although many people argue about "The Original Image", they mostly don't know about possible image manipulations within a dark room. However, I think that scans should be as honest as possible and they should not be enhanced by digital color filters. Be honest.

Bora Bora, the Pearl of the Pacific

Bora Bora...a name which evokes a place that is already close to being considered as "paradise". I actually had the chance to go there for a week; sailing in one of the world's most beautiful lagoons, enjoying the marvelous views, and of course, taking lots of pictures.

    Kodak Gold (400 iso, 35 mm) User-Review

Kodak Gold 400 iso was a non professional film which gives you saturated colors. It can be a very interesting choice if you don't want to spend too much money for a film.

Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden, Cape Town

Kirstenbosch - the biggest open-air botanical garden of all. I fell in love with this garden when I first came here back in 2004. So, when I arrived to Cape Town this year, I immediately wanted to go back. Although a few obstacles (in the shape of a vineyard visit and so on) almost prevented me from doing that, there I was, still back at Kirstenbosch!

In this small place there are restaurants, little shops, nice coffee houses, model agencies, dancing and acting studios and so much more! It even has the best place in Lisbon to develop film especially if you have a Lomo camera...and art is everywhere!

Walking along the Var river, France

Who doesn't like walking along a river? It's so peaceful and quiet to see the water, to hear the endless water stream going along his way to the sea... A river is always a place where you can think about a lot of tings, when you're alone or with the one you love, or your friends or anybody else. It can be a river in the city, opening a magic view to a far horizon, or it can be in the forest, in a wide open space... whatever, a river is always magic.
