I took a chance on a roll of Kodak Ektachrome Elite II 100 film which expired in 1998. It wasn't well-stored so I had the lowest expectations of the $3 discontinued slide film. But after using it on my trip to Boracay, I ended up loving the photos and now want to buy the rest of the deadstock! Find out why here.

See what you can do with your Holga when you DON'T use the 12 or 16 mask. It's naked, leaky, and overlapping fun. I have been using my Holga without either the 12 or 16 frame mask and have been getting some really nice results. I love the exaggerated vignetting and light leaks that occurred on every picture. These pictures all came from The Art of Waiting roll from September 2010, shot on Fuji Velvia.

There's a reason why the best black and white films out there are meant for traditional developing. While C-41 monochrome is convenient to process, the results aren't so impressive. I shot one roll during a beach holiday and was a little put off by how washed out and grey it turned out.

Durdle Door

Durdle Door is one of the most photographed landmarks along the Jurassic Coast. This rock arch in the sea was formed as a result of the softer rocks being eroded away behind the hard limestones, allowing the sea to punch through them. The name Durdle is derived from an old English word 'thirl' meaning bore or drill.
