zoom lensing viennas first district

first time i tried my 70-200mm zoom lens, a focal length of 200 mm combined with velvia 50 is not easy to handle, first three or five shots were taken with a carl zeiss wide angle and then i changed the lens..some of the shots are blurry caused by 1/60 + full zoom (200mm) handheld shooting
