Highland Tower and Flat Pekeliling

Highland Tower near Bukit Antarabangsa collapsed about more than 15 years ago. While Tunku Abdul Rahman flats, better known as the Pekeliling flats, located next to Jalan Tun Razak was schedule for demolition for new development. If you like to snap old rotten building this is the place. But be careful, between the two highland tower is still the most haunted spot in KL.
