This album is a shout out to @systemdevice for his brilliant postcard project. I remember having international pen pals as a child growing up in a small farming community on the prairies of Alberta. It was with a sense of fascination that I received these missives from around the world with the exotic stamps, different penmanship and tidbits about growing up elsewhere. The postcard project is bringing that all back. I displayed the postcards I had received on the door of my darkroom during Art Crawl, and they received a lot of comments. Thank you Marian for bringing us such a brilliant idea.
