I visited this place for an ancient greek sculpture lesson. It is amazing, full of plaster copies of wonders curated all over the world.
These copies were initially meant to be shown for art lectures at the Sorbonne or Beaux-Arts de Paris but they went out of fashion and got stored in Versaille's small stables.
