Unfortunately the lab I took this roll to for scanning wasn't the best. It was scanned in random parts and I had to piece them together. Not to mention some film in between was lost in the process.
However, something happened to the film on it's own and a vertical strip of white landed perfectly over my face, and thus, the bellow. Luckily, I pulled the cord on my spinner multiple times in succession (though only two is seen here).
This was taken in my dorm room which is a concrete and metal structure. It has a reputation among students for being called a jail and I think the bellows appropriately fit the sanity lost in many concrete cells.
