Attended a stakeholders' meeting in Brgy. Sta. Juliana in preparation for a Lakbay Buhay Kalusugan project in Capas aiming to provide mobile health service and health education to the Aetas.
After meeting the stakeholders of the health project, we headed to the provincial capitol in Tarlac City for a courtesy call with the governor.
