Reflect The Worst

In the Palmengarten (the main botanical garden of the city) there are 2 waterfalls. One is inside a greenhouse, and this one is outside next to a lake. Both are artificial waterfalls, but that doesn't stop them from looking awesome. Unfortunately, I don't own a lightmeter. I tried to go for smooth silky water action here, which meant an exposure of 3-5 seconds. Sadly I calculated the aperture wrong, which led to overexposure
