I didn't use the splitter for this phoro.
Sometimes I use halfND filter to make double.

neutral density (ND) filter is to reduce the amount of light entering lens.
half ND filter (or graduated ND filter) is that the half of filter is ND and other half is clear.
difficult to explain in English...
