The Diana Mini has survived its operations abroad in Estonia. It has been outstanding and this trip will not be the last.
Just before I was allowed to begin my internship for over a month in Estonia, I had yet to try the Diana Mini. I thought to myself, lightweight luggage is never wrong, because I did not have so much space in my backpack.
The Diana Mini is really small. What is perfect is that I can even keep the camera in my jacket pocket. Although I can only put it in larger pockets, I’m always ready to hold the camera and am still mostly hands-free.
Taking pictures is as easy as using the normal Diana F+, only that I have the additional opportunity to shoot in “half frame” format. This gives many opportunities for experimentation, such as double exposures, endless panoramas and much, much more.
It is a little camera, but there’s much to discover.
Oh, and the camera comes with the flash of Diana. She really looks unbeatable and takes beautiful pictures. Just do not forget that the range of the flash of Diana is really very limited.
The Diana Mini is the ultra-compact, petite version of the Diana F+. This camera takes soft-focused, lo-fi images in 35mm and allows you to change between half-format and square shots with a flick of a switch. Get your own Diana Mini now!
