Calling all Lomographers! We are on the hunt for lakes. Yup! That’s right! Lakes!
It’s not the ocean. Or a pond. Or a puddle. It’s Lakes! Massive bodies of waters with marine life, kids swimming, water skiing with speed boats, jet skiing on the calm waters. One of the best places to go in the summer. Or ice skating in the winter. We want to see those lakes! So we are calling all you Lomographers, (Yes! You reading this right now) to visit a lake and experience what it has to offer.
LomoLocation Callout for Three Big Lakes:
Any Lomographer who submits a LomoLocation for these 3 locations will each get 5 Piggies!
A shared love of photography keeps the Lomography community together. Fueling this passion are the beautiful photographs we see everyday. And so we want to thank these dedicated lomographers for filling up the community with wonderful images all throughout January.

First of all, I really appreciate being able to join the TEN AND ONE Residency Week in Vienna along with super cool Lomographers! We could never have any forgettable memories. The members are 11 people from 10 countries. I thought it'd be difficult to communicate with each other because of our different cultures, languages, personalities, etc. But we didn't have any worries. We respected each other, above all we are Lomographers!
Zac Farro and his band Halfnoise clearly celebrate their analog lifestyle with the latest video to "All That Love Is" and the release of their EP "Flowerss" on Vinyl. We chatted with Zac about the importance of staying analog in every medium and are giving away the Flowerss Vinyl!
Last weekend the annual Holiday Hangout with Mark Oblow took place at Treehouse on Oahu, Hawaii. Mark and the Treehouse Crew are old friends of Lomography, so we made sure they are fully equipped to capture all their fun on analogue film.
For most New Yorkers there are exactly two places of hell on earth: Penn Station and Times Square. However, as a photographer, Vincent Pflieger discovered the beauty in the latter and captured a peek behind the curtain of the everyday show, called Times Square.
It's snowing outside, there's plenty of food on the table, there are Christmas gifts under the pine tree, your loved ones are with you back home... Today might just be the best Monday of the year. We present to you a very Lomographic Christmas Moodboard.
