LeVain Boulangerie & Patisserie, Kuala Lumpur

Are you interested in some freshly stone oven-baked pastries? LeVain’s offering such mouthwatering pastries. At LeVain, temptations abound at every corner! Regardless of whether you’re a fan of breads, tarts, cakes, biscuits, sweets, or plain soups and sandwiches, you can’t go hungry at the sight of such an impressive range of fresh pastries.

The moment you walk into LeVain, you’d be enticed with the sheer irresistible whiff of freshly baked bread from the oven. Even savoury pizzas, pies, and plain croissants on the counter appear to challenge your strict no carbo diet. Just relent and give into temptation once in a while and go crazy on the wondrous selection laid out in front of you.

The bungalow that houses LeVain Boulangerie Patisserie is really beautiful, classy and cosy. I love the spaciousness and high ceilings.

LeVain has loads of interesting types of pastries such as Chicken Curry Doughnut, Chicken and Crusty Thins, Turkey Ham and Eggs, Mentaiko Buns, Custard Cream Doughnut, Cashew Maple Buns, Sugar Rusk, Almond Tuiles and so on. I went berserk trying to decide what I should or should not eat. Sometimes I wish my tummy could cater for more, so I can try more selections. Or that something is so effing good, you just wanna indulge in it on your own and not share, sadly no such capabilities.

There are also freshly-made sandwiches with bountiful fillings yet all reasonably priced. Of course, let’s not forget some Malaysian items like Durian Melon Buns and Beef Rendang Donuts. They have also rows of sweet and pretty macaroons! Drool!

It is self service here, so make your choice, you can ask the staff to cut your buns and loafs. Once done, proceed to the cashier for payment. Your food will be placed on plates and you are free to choose your seat.

We walked around and took some pictures. There were two cabinets full of coffee-making apparatus.

All the buns were deliciously fluffy and soft and each bun’s top layer is pleasantly crisp!
