American financial news and services website, The Street, argues that determining the value of a long forgotten stock certificate is beyond math. But that it could still be done. By reviewing recent stock performance as well as culling information from companies that have been altered through merger or other, they came up with a top 10 list of old stock certificates that are worth a fortune, even today.
