Archeological Sites of Pompeii

Pompeii is a small town near Neaples, behind Vesuvio.

In the 79DC the ancient Roman city of Pompeii was destroyed by a terrifying volcanic eruption. Under King Carlo di Borbone, King of Two Sicilies, the archeological sites were found. Archeological excavation continued through the centuries and most part of the city was discovered. Now you can visit it.

For a day, you can take a leap back in time, and with enough imagination, you can visualize the gladiators train and fight in the amphitheater.
