Je t'aime, Paris

Paris, the lovely city that you have to visit!

I was in Paris for about a month, thanks to my friend Camille, who offered me a place to stay, let me experience how it was to live in Paris and save a lot of money for a place to stay in the city.

Expensive is my first impression of this city. I have to look at the prices carefully whenever I buy anything here. In spite of the high prices, the food is really nice here and you can still buy some souvenirs for family and friends.

I like to walk slowly down the streets, in the park, look up what people like doing here, and how they go about their life in Paris.

I also tried the wine, cider, beers; I had crepe, went to the club, visit friends’ of a friend, attended house parties, and pretty much enjoyed and relaxed.

I admire the Metro system here, it’s an old system but still important especially when it came to the subway’s history like London’s system. Many of the Metro and RER lines on the ground and underground make it easier to go around Paris.

By the way, the most exciting thing that happened to me in Paris was when Camille’s friend drove us back home crazily in the Champs-Élysées and I really enjoyed the night view of the city, it was amazing night.

Well, hope I can come back to this lovely city soon!
