Don’t know what to do this weekend ? Take your lomography camera on a ride at Legoland
Legoland has around 1.84 million visitors a year. It’s the third most visited theme park in the UK.
There are plenty of things to see once you get there, from the Imagination Centre, Miniland, Duplo Land, LEGO City, Land of the Vikings, Kingdom of the Pharaohs, Pirates Landing, Knights’ Kingdom, and Adventure Land.
Here are some of the pictures I took at Miniland (with a Fujifilm Natura Classica camera and Kodak BW400 film):
The best time to go there is when they have events. I went there on the Star Wars Weekend and had an amazing time. The night ended with a Laser/Fireworks show.
You can also try to win great prizes:
I would recommend going there with food and drinks, you’ll end up with better food then what is available in the park plus you won’t have to wait in line. And don’t forget to drop by The Big Shop to buy a souvenir before you leave.
Half the fun is the journey. ;)
To get to Windsor first take the tube to Waterloo and then a train to Windsor and Eton Riverside
Then as you exit you’ll see a bus stop that will take you to Legoland.
For those of you who are lucky enough to have a car here’s the address:
LEGOLAND Windsor Park Ltd, Winkfield Road, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 4AY
