How to adjust your medium format viewfinder for use with 35mm film.
Surely all of you know this:
You decide to shoot a 35mm film in your medium format camera.
When shooting you had your fun, but when you pick up your developed negatives, you note that a large portion of the image is not there.
I’ll give you a small solution to work around this problem (at least mostly).
As usual, insert the 35mm film into the camera.
Cut two small, as equal as possible, straight strips of tape.
Stick them on the front of the camera at the top and bottom of the viewfinder.
Voilà! Looking now, normally through the viewfinder, you see almost exactly what will be captured on the film.
And then, have fun Lomographing!
