Just one glass!

Ahh …. summer time has come again, pack your bag, take your camera and go to the beach, take a shot of the horizon, sand and activities, but it might be better if you have something to make your photo look different, lenses, filters, flashes or colour splashes. Well, all of those are quite complicated for rookies, aren’t they?

Well, I have an idea. I’ve found this tip when I was waiting for dinner on a boring, hot and humid afternoon in Laos. I picked an empty glass to cover my SLR lens then took a shot.

So, what do you need?
1. A glass, a plastic cup or something like this, but make sure it’s see through or clear enough.
2. Put it over your lens.
3. Take a shot.
I think you will be surprised with the results. For more fun finishes, you can use a coloured glass as a filter.

Enjoy! :)
