Join us for Blue Hour – a newly-launched weekly event for all Lomographers to enjoy some free drinks and entertainment. Drop by LGS Toronto every Thursday from 4pm onwards. This week it’s ’90s Twister night!
This Thursday, March 3rd, Blue Hour takes a trip down memory lane. Weren’t the ‘90s the greatest? Grunge dominated the airwaves, Beavis and Butthead were still on TV and one could wear a flannel shirt around their waist without shame! We’re bringing it all back for our ’90s Twister night. Brushing your body parts against strangers while nostalgic music videos get projected against a wall – what better way to spend an evening? Free refreshments will be provided, as always.
Why Blue Hour?
The term comes from the French expression l’heure bleue, which refers to the period of twilight each morning and evening after the sun goes below the horizon and the sky goes into deep blue for a while. The quality of light during this time is a godsend for photographers, just as the quality of fun during our Blue hour is a godsend for you!
