Coming from the country myself, I commute to London every day. My way to have a break and get away from the hustle and bustle is to pop by the boating lake in Regents park, where you will find a completely serene, relaxed lifestyle, where you can just get away from it all.
Just a small walk from Baker Street Station is the perfect place to get away from the busy streets of London.
On a beautiful sunny day it’s full of life with lots of characterful birds (one particular bird was after my new LC-A+). There’s a fantastic pedalo boating lake which brings back memories of seaside trips and has perfect colours for a bit of Lomo shooting. And all the birds and trees give you a great canvas for those double exposures!
What better way to spread holiday cheer than by capturing it with your trusty camera? We're making it a little bit easier today, because today you can load up on all your favorite Lomography films for less! So stock up and get ready to snap the winter away!

Inspired by the seventies, this young artist makes it seem that such an epoch lives forever in her photographs, perfectly maintaining the spirit of the time which was characterized by a multitude of colours, contrasts and famous disco moves.
Every month, thousands of film photography enthusiasts from all over the world join the Lomography community. We welcome yet another batch of talented newcomers who stood out from the rest because of their exceptional photos.
It can be said that photography is more than just a click on the camera, it makes the moments, people and emotions live forever. This was confirmed to us by an exceptional Dutch photographer Ferry Verheij, whose photographs represent stories of all those people and places he had a chance to know.
