Lomography Russia invites you to the photo exhibition on the topic “Simple Things” in St. Petersburg. Not only will every lottery ticket contribute to a charity project, you can also win a Fisheye 2 camera, listen to the lomography lecture and see the photographic / lomographic work from Pavel Aglish and Anna Chernysh.
“This exhibition is our response to the problems of children with disabilities. We sincerely wish that they could become active participants in life, that for many healthy people just became routine."
“Simple Things” is an exhibition of two young photographers that will take place on 23th of January in The library in Kirov Islands (Saint-Petersburg, Russia). It will include two works: digital photographs by Pavel Aglish and lomographs by Anna Chernysh both shooting things from unusual angles and moments of emotions.
Each lottery ticket you purchase at the exhibition is a contribution to the development of special capabilities of children. All the money from the event funds are aimed at supporting children 3 Corps Junior boarding-house number 4 in Pavlovsk.
The charity auction will be held at 6pm, with a Lomography Fisheye 2 camera as main prize. It is followed by a lecture about lomography. You will learn how this movement has arisen as to why the most famous lomographer is Vladimir Putin, and what cameras are used by Brad Pitt and Elijah Wood – starting at 5pm.
