Analog Interventions

2011-02-16 5

Inspired by susielomovitz interventions, a new concept of photo album has been borned. Original, cute and also a perfect gift.

To make the album you will need the following materials:

- Cardboard.
- acetate sheet (which is used to make transparency).
- Scissors.
- Binding spring.
- Binder (if you have any, you can go to any stationery to bind your album).
- Permanent markers.
- Glue.
- Nice photos.

Well, the first thing we are going to do is THE ALBUM.

Cut as many cards as photos we will include in the album to the same size, then cut the same number of acetate sheets, also the same size. Now we put all the sheets ready to bind, it’s easy, just insert an acetate with a cardboard, acetate, cardboard, acetate, cardboard, acetate, cardboard and so on until you run out.

Next step: BINDING.

And finally, comes the fun part. Paste your photos on the cards, after that you can start drawing on the acetate and altering them so you have two versions of the same photo in one album.

That’s it. I hope you have fun as much as I do so and that you give albums only to those who have behaved well this year.
