Diana F+ Bulb Mode without the Tripod!

Yes yes, we’ve all heard the part about using your tripod when you wanna use your camera’s bulb mode. But yes, I was lazy. And, it was an impromptu roll I ran through my Diana F+ while I was bored waiting for a friend to be done and go for dinner.

Yes yes, we’ve all heard the part about using your tripod when you wanna use your camera’s bulb mode. But yes, I was lazy. And, it was an impromptu roll I ran through my Diana F+ while I was bored waiting for a friend to be done and go for dinner.

So, I had 1 hour to burn. I was alone with my Diana F+, which had a roll of Kodak EliteChrome 100EB in it. So I thought, ‘Hey! Why not try this out since I am at such a great place?’

I was sitting by the Singapore River, near the Fullerton Hotel.

I do not go there often, but the lights and view in the evening was pretty awesome, so I decided to give it a shot.

Some points to note:
You can TRY to hold your hands really steady and hang on for a few seconds, so that your film will not be underexposed.

Or, you can try doing multi exposure (yes, still in the bulb mode setting). Well, at least that’s what I did for some of my shots.

Yes, not all the shots turned out super awesome, some were too blurry, but well, in the spirit of Lomography, just keep shooting and experimenting! :) You might get a surprise after you develop your film!
