Back to the Amusement Park

Your local amusement park is the perfect place to go if you want to relive fond memories of your childhood. Make sure to take a lot of photos during your visit with your toy camera. From the ever-popular ferris wheel, the colorful carousel to the heart-pounding rollercoaster, you’ll surely be in for one amazing day – enjoying the rides, eating junk food, and taking lots of amazing photos!

How long has it been since you went to an amusement park? When was the last time you took a ride on the merry-go-round, or you got scared stiff in the haunted house or ate a candyfloss? Madrid’s Amusement Park is one of those places where you can easily reminisce and feel like a kid again.

While you’re there, the flying chairs, the ferris wheel and the merry-go-round are a must if you really want to soak in the experience of a carefree day in the amusement park.

Believe it or not, roller coasters are actually the perfect place for you to take some shots with your Lomography camera. Just keep on shooting from the hip or even without looking, but do be careful!

During weekdays however, as adults are usually in the office and the kids are in school, the streets of the amusement park may seem quite lonely. The empty rides might even make it look like something that has been abandoned already but as the weekend rolls along, it’s back to being all fun and games. If it’s been awhile since you’ve last visited an amusement park, then do schedule a visit soon! You’re due for a much needed break!

I'd be too scared to take my LC-A+ on a rollercoaster, although I'm sure the photos would be amazing!
