Nyhavn, located at the end of Copenhagen’s long pedestrian area, is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been to.
I was really tired after all the shopping and wasn’t really in the mood for explore the city by foot any more. It was too early to go home and I didn’t really want to spend the two days (which I had left in this beautiful city) in the apartment. So I searched for a nice spot, where I could sit down, eat, and drink something.
The park, located directly at the pedestrian area, was unfortunately surrounded by an ugly building lot. I found it without knowing where I was walking to: the colorful houses, the small cafés, the ships, and the sweet little bridge. Everything looked exactly like it was in the pictures. Actually even better. I was overwhelmed and couldn’t stop taking many, many pictures with every camera I had with me.
