Interview with art and gift boutique Gigi B. in Vancouver, BC.
Gigi B. of Vancouver, British Columbia is located on Granville Island – named one of the world’s greatest places (wow). Once an industrial area in the 1920s, Granville Island is now bustling with an array of craft studios, a University for Art + Design, buskers, a local brew company, and the lower mainland’s largest fresh food market. With breathtaking views of the harbour, it is easy to see why Gigi B. calls Granville Island, home. We get on a row boat to catch up with the crew at Gigi B. (Noah, Dulce & Rachel), and get the word on good eats, rain gear, and a little Vancouverite advice.
Where did the name Gigi B. come from?
Gigi B. is named after Luigi Benetti, Marco’s grandfather.
