Hello Stanley! What did you like most about the Lomo Daylight Developing Tank?

No need to load the film in the dark, and the operation is simple. Additionally, there's no need to measure out 350ml of chemicals with a measuring cup. You can just pour it directly to the marked scale on the developing tank. It feels as easy as making instant noodles!

Did you have any challenges during the process of developing your film?

The biggest fear was light leaks, but if you follow the instructions carefully, you don't have to worry. It's also important to be aware of the soaking time for the film you’re using, as different brands of developers have different requirements.

Do you have any tips for others using this developing tank?

Although the two chemicals (developer and fixer) are not corrosive, they do have some odor. If you're living with family or housemates, it's best to inform them before you start the process. The other thing is - don't rush. After developing, hang the film up to dry slowly before taking it down for scanning. It's best to use a blower to remove dust from the film during scanning (I didn’t do this, so some of my photos ended up with dust spots.)
