Hello, welcome to the Lomography Magazine! Could you please introduce yourself?

Hello. I go by 'Bitdam' and I'm active on Instagram under put_in_light. Photography has been a hobby of mine for about six years now!

What was the theme of this art lens shoot? What were you aiming to capture?

The theme for this art lens shoot is 'everyday life or memories'. I chose this because personally, encounters with friends, daily routines, and memories from travels tend to blur over time. I believe that by expressing this sense of blur with the feel of Lomography, I can capture and convey the atmosphere more effectively.

What do you prioritize when taking photos?

I prioritize capturing my own composition or expression in photos. We are exposed to numerous photos through social media. Upon closer inspection, most of them capture the same perspectives of their subjects. While those perspectives may be aesthetically pleasing, merely following other's compositions makes me feel like I'm 'recording' rather than photographing.

Do you have a favorite photo among those you took this time?

I particularly like the photo where the temperature of the day, the light, and every aspect seemed perfectly captured—the sandy beach, seashells, and shadows.

Have you tried using the three bokeh effects of the Nour Triplet lens—Classic, Bubble, and Soft? Which bokeh effect do you like the most, and why?

Upon receiving it, I immediately noticed the three types of bokeh and tried them all. Personally, I prefer Classic. The reason Classic appealed to me the most is because I generally prefer photos with a certain level of contrast, which I found most pleasing.

What are your overall impressions after using the Nour Triplet Art Lens?

I usually take photos with strong contrast. However, using the Nour Triplet Art Lens was a delightful change as it excels in expressing a soft feel. Even after post-processing to adjust contrast, the lens's inherent softness remained intact, making shooting and editing a very enjoyable experience.
