Hello Tim, welcome to our magazine. Please tell us a bit about yourself for those that don't know you yet.

Hello, I’m Tim Cavadini, a German-born photographer currently based in Vienna. My work primarily revolves around fashion, beauty, and artistic portraiture. While digital photography is essential for my profession, I love using film for special projects.

Where did you test our new LomoChrome Color '92 Sun-kissed film and how did you decide the location?

We tried to capture the singer, Mira Taylor, beneath a big cherry blossom tree during spring. This seemed perfect to test out the colors of the new film. Unfortunately, a bustling crowd engrossed in selfies prompted us to seek alternative spots in a nearby park. The day remained mostly overcast, occasionally graced by fleeting moments of sunlight.

What camera did you use for this series?

I used my Canon EOS 500N that my father owned when I was a kid. It has a good autofocus is lightweight and has a small build-in flash I like.

How would you describe the look of the new LomoChrome Color '92 Sun-kissed film? What's your first impression of the new emulsion?

I really like the color it produces and the high contrast. The reds are warm and saturated and the greens are deep and a bit cold.

What do you think is the ideal situation to photograph with this film?

The contrasts and the colors in direct sunlight work beautifully with this film.

What is your favourite photo of this series?

This one below. The sun was behind a cloud for a moment. The pose, colors and expression are just beautiful here.

What advice would you give to others who will shoot for the first time with this film?

If you photograph portraits on an overcast day without direct sunlight I would overexpose for one stop.
