4We recently sent a roll of the new LomoChrome Color '92 Sun-kissed film emulsion to Andaru Waskito Bebop, a photographer based in Bandung, Indonesia and he has delighted us with these delicate portraits taken on his rooftop.
Check out his photos below and find out more about his thoughts on our new film!

Hi and welcome to Lomography Magazine! Please tell us a bit about yourself and what you do?
Hello! I’m Andaru Waskito Bebop. I’m a photographer based in Indonesia. My story with Lomography goes way back. The La Sardina was my first camera ever. That sardine-can-looking camera was the reason I fell in love with film photography. Fast forward to 13 years later and now I have a small photography company that I run with my wife Nina.
Tell us about the concept for this shoot. What and where did you decide to photograph?
I asked my friend, Celline, to model for this shoot. We went to a place not far away – my roof . I aimed for a simple and natural portraiture concept, so I could focus on the tone of the film.
What were your first impressions when you saw the results?
I really love the skin tone it produced. I remember the weather app tricked me that day. I thought it was going to be a bright sunny day, but in the middle of the shoot the sky went a bit gloomy. I was kind of worried about the result. But it turns out just fine.
How would you describe the look of the new LomoChrome Color ‘92 Sun-kissed ?
The name of the film tells everything. When the sun kisses your shot, it will be amazing.
What do you think is the ideal situation for shooting the LomoChrome Color ‘92 Sun-kissed?
A sunny day for sure.
Do you have a favorite shot taken with this film? Tell us about it
This is my favorite shot out of all exposures. I like the smooth skin tone, the simplicity of the image, the way the wind blew to her face, and did I mention the skin tone?

Did you face any challenges during this shoot?
Yes I did. I was unsure when the sky got dark. Thankfully I overexposed it and the result still looks fine.
Have you also tried our original LomoChrome Color ‘92 film? If so, how does this compare?
Too bad I haven’t. But from what I see from my friend’s result with ‘92, I think ‘92 is not as warm as Sun-kissed.

In your opinion, what makes a great photo?
It’s the way a photo makes you feel. Whether it’s your strangely cropped childhood photo, or a photo of your dog “utilizing the facilities” ; if the photo makes you feel something, then I think it is a great photograph.
This film is crafted to capture the magic glow of golden-hour. How would you spend a perfect summer evening?
A picnic in the park with my friends and family, watching dogs running around, and just enjoying each other’s company while the sun sets.
What one song would you choose to accompany a photo shoot with the LomoChrome Color ‘92 Sun-kissed?
Norah Jones - Painter Song
What advice would you give to others shooting with this film?
Try overexposing it by one stop.
