Remembering @boredbone, a Filipino Lomographer

We are sad to announce the passing of a long-time community member, Joven Dela Cruz aka boredbone.

"A sucker for anything magical." This was how Joven described himself. A loving family man who was often on the road with his wife and two daughters, capturing happy memories on film and documenting his children's growth through beautiful portraits. He was passionate about anything analogue, from film photography to collecting vinyl. He enjoyed late night walks, overstaying in bookstores, thrift-shop hunting, and traveling.

Aside from lovely photographs of his family, he often captured his everyday life and adventures with friends. As an artist and art director for an advertising agency, he was a natural creative; check out this funny series that he created featuring film canisters — A Slice of Analog Life.
