“Around the World in Analogue” is your bite-size guide to the most amazing travel destinations across the globe, as documented by the members of the Lomography community. Today, lomographer Inès de Ferran (@inesdeferran) showcases the local color of Dubai.
I never thought I would ever go to Dubaï in my lifetime. But as some family reasons pushed me there, I decided to make the most of it and document my trip. To be honest, I didn't know what to expect. I knew very little about Dubaï, except from the skyscrapers, the five-star resorts and indoor ski station.
It turns out that Dubaï has much more to offer to the traveller than one might think. I decided to photograph the things that "didn't look like Dubaï" and reveal a way less known facet of the city.
