A cinematographer sometimes called the director of photography (DP) is the chief artist responsible for the aesthetic and technical decisions related to a moving image, often found in film, television production or live action piece. In contrast to the director, the cinematographer is majorly responsible with the camera direction and movement, and often get the last say for the whole 'look-and-feel' of a cinematic piece.
