"Something to Someone": A Portrait of Seoul

2017-07-15

South Korea is known for its rising boom in science and technology. Its capital, Seoul, ranks second as the highest quality of life in the world and is a world-leading technology hub--- no surprise for being the most wired city in the world, too.

But much of Seoul being a tech-paradise and having the largest underground shopping mall, the city carefully treads between its attention for the environment and progress. The architecture and urban planning are actually well-done, as open skies and greenery remain ever-visible be it in the suburban pavements or in the business districts.

Watch this lovely portrait of the South Korean capital, "Something to Someone", as directed by Jinsoo Chung.
