Stanley Kubrick's Cameras

Filmmaker Stanley Kubrick and his love affair for cameras began since the first time he held a Graflex, a gift from his father when he was still a kid. Kubrick was a young photography enthusiast, often seen with a camera on hand. Kubrick with a camera -- this picture becomes the best portrait of himself, as one would often see him with a gear on hand even when he transitioned to filmmaking.

Kubrick's love for cameras and gear is no superficial one. He was always on-the-know, trying almost every camera and lens out there that would yield him results. From TLR Rollei, Hasselblad to 35mm Pentax, Nikon F, Kinoptik, you can count on him to know their pros and best uses.
