Captivated by the lo-fi charm of the original Diana camera, we rebuilt the iconic medium format camera from scratch and introduced a revamped version: the Diana F+. Later this year, Lomography collaborated with (American rock band) The White Stripes with the Diana F+ MEG and Holga JACK editions, which featured the band's trademark red, white, and black color scheme.
The party doesn't end there! Lomography Gallery Stores were opened in Hong Kong, Paris, and Seoul and the Lomography World Congress was held in London.
2007 saw big innovations in the mobile industry as well, changing the way we share information. Apple released the first generation of the iPhone, while Google unveiled the Android. "Rickrolling" became a widespread virtual prank and seemingly legitimate links got redirected to the video of Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up".
Everyone seems to be enamored by the cyberspace and staying indoors to surf the net. Luckily, the Lomography community spent as much time exploring the world as they do building their LomoHomes online!
