Tell us a bit about yourself?
I'm married with two children, two beautiful girls. They are the reason I took up photography in the first place, so that I could take nice photos of them. Aside from photography, I love technology. I also like walking around and traveling.
How did you get on shooting with Lomo’Instant Automat?
I've had a Lomo'Instant since the first Kickstarter (which I still have) and I've had the Lomo'Instant Automat since it was released. I like the level of control the Automat gives me, that allows me to be creative with Instax. Having the attachable lenses is great too, especially the close-up lens. I have no clue how many packs of Instax I've been through, but it's a lot.
What did you choose to shoot?
All these images were taken near where I work in Reigate in Surrey, over a few days at the very beginning of Summer. I really like the close-up lens as it gives an interesting perspective and can really blur out the background.
What tips/advice would you give on shooting with this camera?
Shoot with it a lot and make use of the attachment lenses. With the close-up lens get in really close in good light and you will get really detailed colorful images.
