It was my first journey together with my new “girlfriend” Diana Mini. Our trip led us to Denmark. I love the wide view of the flat landscapes –– it is fantastic. I live in Berlin; everything here is hurried, noisy, and cramped. Living in Denmark seems calmer and cozier –– so far as my impression goes. This is the perfect holiday spot for relaxing my eyes, ears, and soul.
This time, I traveled with my family. We rented a lovely old house in Store Darum at the North Sea. The landscape there is really unique. Instead of a wide sandy beach, you'll find a green beach overgrown with moss and reed which looks like little green islands floating on the water. The small town of Ribe is worthy of an excursion as well. Houses made of bricks and cobbled streets provided the typical cozy charm of a Danish town. It was a pleasure for me to walk through the narrow lanes and explore the backyards. Magical photo opportunities are waiting here for you ...
